Lamar Jackson made history by rushing for a career-long score of 79 yards. Jackson set a new NFL mark for the most 100-yard running games by a quarterback on Sunday by rushing for at least 100 yards in a game for the eleventh time in his career. In a 42-38 loss against the Miami Dolphins, Jackson ended with 119 yards on nine runs for the Baltimore Ravens. The aforementioned 79-yarder gave the Ravens quarterback more than 100 yards, giving him his game’s first and only running score as well as his fourth overall TD. Jackson’s performance on Sunday snapped the tie with Michael Vick, who finished his 13-year career with 10 100-yard games. However, Jackson has already succeeded two games into his sixth season. Jackson completed 21 of his 29 passes for 318 yards and three passing touchdowns. Jackson is being relied upon by the Baltimore quarterback this year, and so far, he’s off to an amazing start.
