Running back for the Las Vegas Raiders After sustaining a fractured ankle in early December that required surgery, Kenyan Drake wasn’t cleared for minicamp last month. However, even if he’s not at 100 percent, the running back recently told Matt Holder of Silver and Black Pride that he anticipates being prepared for training camp. “I’ll undoubtedly be prepared for camp. Once I’m in camp, it won’t be full speed ahead, but for the regular season, I’ll be unquestionably prepared”, Drake stated. “I feel like I need to kind of get back into football fitness with a few preseason games or anything. However, I’m thrilled about the chance to essentially return to the field. For the most of the past seven months, I have been hurt. Therefore, I feel wonderful as I go through the normal processes associated with recovering from a serious injury and getting ready to return to the field. This is not my first battle.”
