According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, Kupp and the Rams have come to terms on a three-year agreement for up to $80 million. Kupp has signed a contract extension with the Rams that would keep him with the team through 2026. The Rams announced the deal later. The player’s effort during the Los Angeles Rams’ Super Bowl run appears to have paid off. Now is the moment to bask in his glory. “When the Los Angeles Rams demonstrated their trust in me on draft day, they realized a boyhood dream, and they have continued to do so today. I’d like to express my gratitude to the Kroenke family, the front office, and coach [Sean] McVay for their efforts “In part, Kupp stated in a statement. “To every Rams fan: I’m glad for our first five years together and much more so for our future. LG!!” The 28-year-old Kupp is owed $14.8 million in 2022 and $14.6 million in 2023 under his prior contract, but after a season to remember, he’ll be earning a sizable bump after that. Kupp’s yearly salary of $26.7 million from 2024 to 2026 would rank him fourth among wide receivers in terms of annual salary.
