A day after being released by the Arizona Cardinals, Andy Isabella is joining the Baltimore Ravens practice squad, according to NFL Network Insider on Wednesday. The quick wide receiver, who was released by Arizona on Tuesday, quickly found work in Baltimore after clearing waivers on Wednesday. Isabella may give the Ravens’ wide receiver group more quick feet. After playing three or more seasons with Kyler Murray of the Cardinals, the 25-year-old will go east, where he will be teamed with another strong dual-threat quarterback, Lamar Jackson of the Ravens. Murray and Isabella both came from the same 2019 Cardinals draft class, but neither Isabella nor Murray really really found their stride in Arizona or developed any sort of palpable synergy. There was a lot of talk about Isabella leaving the desert due to his underwhelming performance as a former second-round choice, and in March he was finally given permission to pursue a trade.
