Oddsmakers have listed St. Louis (+115) as the underdog to Cleveland (-125). Bettors can wager on the games total with odds sitting at -115 for over 8.5 runs and -105 for under 8.5. Gamblers can also wager on the games spread with the runline odds sitting at +120 for the Indians -1.5 runs and -140 for the Cardinals +1.5.
