The Rice Owls (10-15, 5-7 CUSA) will be at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center to go head-to-head against the FIU Golden Panthers (14-11, 5-7 CUSA) in a CUSA matchup. The game is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday, February 14, 2019.
