Cleveland (-170) is favored against Baltimore (+160) and oddsmakers have put the Over/Under for this day game at 9 runs. Odds for wagering on the games total stand at -120 for the over and +100 for the under. You can also wager on the games runline with the most recent odds standing at -120 for the Indians -1.5 runs and +100 for the Orioles +1.5.
