Soccer Betting: This weekend in England will kick off a 10-day stretch in which all clubs will play 3 matches. With 9 points available to each club over that stretch, a big week can turn around someone's season. We beginon Saturday, with the bulk of the matches taking place.

Liverpool continued their struggles mid-week, with a Champions League letdown against Ludogrets, and now need to snap their 3-match losing streak in Premier League. They were embarrassed vs Crystal Palace last weekend in a 3 - 1 defeat.

Chelsea will take their undefeated run on the road, as they visit Sunderland and look to increase their 6-point lead atop the table.

Manchester United seems to be getting hot at the right time, and they can stretch their win streak to 3 with a home win against Hull City.

Sunday, we have our featured match of the weekend, as Manchester City heads to Southampton in a battle of the 2nd and 3rd place squads in the table. Tottenham will also host an Everton club who is quietly sneaking up the table. With 5 straight results in Premier League, Everton is also playing well in Europa League.

It is time to buckle up, and put on the tea as we break down this weekend's matches.

    Saturday, November 29- 8 Matches

    Arsenal vs West Brom

    3-Way: 1: Arsenal -115 Away ; X: +265 Draw ; 2: West Brom +330 Home

    Spread: Arsenal -0.5 -115 ; West Brom +0.5 -105

    Total 2.5: Over -125 ; Under +105

    Analysis and Prediction:

Well, we called for the upset of Arsenal last weekend with Manchester and a lovely price as well, and now Arsenal has to try to get back on track after back-to-back losses. West Brom has only 1 win in their last 6 matches, and has not been able to put much together lately with only 1 goal scored in their last 3.

Arsenal has certainly had West Brom's number since 2002. They have 14W - 2L - 3D, which is including Capital One Cup matches. Arsenal has not exactly looked like a hungry club this season. We just don't see the same fight they have had the last couple of years, and there is nothing impressive about their play lately either. I will take West Brok to cover the handicap, and take the +0.5 at -105 on the home club.

    Aston Villa vs Burnley

    3-Way: 1: Aston VIlla +255 Away ; X: +240 Draw ; 2: Burnley +115 Home

    Spread Aston VIlla +0.5 -135 ; Burnley -0.5 +115:

    Total 2.5: Over +125 ; Under -145

    Analysis and Prediction:

So who is worse? Flip a coin, and we will choose heads that these two can't stop anyone, and tails that they can't score. What's nice about that clip is we are right either way. This match being juiced at -145 to the Under can surely go either way. What happens when two teams who can't score, but can't stop anyone either, get together? I would rather chase the +125 on a 2 - 1 type match, then pay $45 expecting a low-scoring match. It may end up boring and almost shameful, so play it at the minimum you feel comfortable with so a match like this doesn't actually cost you much.

    Stoke City vs Liverpool

    3-Way: 1: Stoke +425 Away ; X: +300 Draw ; 2: Liverpool -150 Home

    Spread: Stoke +0.5 +130 ; Liverpool -0.5 -150

    Total 2.5: Over -125 ; Under +105

    Analysis and Prediction:

Does that say -150? If you pay $50 to take Liverpool, you are either a loyal fan of theirs, or just a glutton for punishment. How much more can we tell you around here about the Reds? I actually thought they might show up last weekend, but luckily we took Ludogrets +0.5 in Champions League and cashed it with a 2 - 2 result.

I will now take any +0.5 against Liverpool that we see, and I see +130 to test that theory. Gavel goes down and...sold!

    Hull City vs Manchester United

    3-Way: 1: Hull +925 Away ; X: +450 Draw ; 2: -320 Home

    Spread: Hull +1.5 -105 ; Man U -105 -115

    Total 3: Over -110 ; Under -110

    Analysis and Prediction:

Well the line setters are 100% convinced that Manchester is back and ready to go undefeated now or something. I love when they do stuff like this, and slap a -320 around. In case you missed it, Hull is still ahead of Man U on points, but the problem is that Hull hasn't scored a goal in the last 4 matches, and it hasn't been against convincing competition either.

I think Hull will find the net today, and Man U will find a way to win, but I am certainly not paying for it. I will take the Over 3 at -110.

    Leicester City vs Queens Park

    3-Way: 1: Leicester+220 Away ; X: +240 Draw ; 2: QPR +130 Home

Spread: Leicester Pk +125 ; QPR Pk -145

    Total 2.5: Over +110 ; Under -130

    Analysis and Prediction:

Another match with clubs at the bottom of the table. This is when we have one of those 'who cares' moments in trying to break down this match.

I will also take this Over 2.5 as a result of the price being +110. These two have not stopped anyone all season either, with 41 combined GA through 12 matches, and there is no reason to further analyze what could or might happen.

    Crystal Palace vs Swansea City

    3-Way: 1: C. Palace +385 Away ; X: +270 Draw ; 2: Swansea -130 Home

    Spread: C. Palace +0.5 +110 ; Swansea -0.5 -130

    Total 2.5: Over -105 ; Under -115

    Analysis and Prediction:

Crystal Palace comes off the win over Liverpool, but still has a lot of work to do. This match has goals written all over it, and I was honestly surprised to see the both teams to score prop at a menial -110 at most European sites. The Crystal Palace Overs have hit 4 of the last 5, and Swansea should be able to have moderate success at home finding the net. Over 2.5 at -105 is workable to me.

    Newcastle vs West Ham

    3-Way: 1: Newcastle +270 Away ; X: +250 Draw ; 2: West Ham +105 Home

    Spread: Newcastle +0.5 -125 ; West Ham -0.5 +105

    Total 2.5: Over -115 ; Under -105

    Analysis and Prediction:

This match could just about qualify for our featured match of the weekend, as Newcastle and West Ham are sitting right next to each other in the table.

I am wondering why Newcastle is getting a mere -125 on the handicap +0.5, because they are the club, including Chelsea, who have the longest winning streak in the Premiership. Show me they can be beat, and then I will consider making an adjustment. Newcastle +0.5 with marginal juice of -125 will have to do.

    Chelsea vs Sunderland

    3-Way: 1: Chelsea -240 Away ; X: +360 Draw ; 2: Sunderland +730 Home

    Spread: Chelsea -1.5 +115 ; Sunderland +1.5 -135

    Total 2.5: Over -130 ; Under +110

    Analysis and Prediction:

How to stop Chelsea. They should write a fiction novel about how to do it, because it is fiction that it can be done. The only thing that would stop them is their own lack of concern. We have seen some lapses on their back line from time to time, but obviously it has not been enough to get overly worried about it. I would wait for the handicap on this total to come out, since the straight 2.5 is juiced at -130. Play the 2.5 and 3 if it becomes available, as the price will be more worthy at close to, or better than even money.

    Sunday, November 30- 2 Matches

Featured Match Manchester City vs Southampton

    3-Way 1x2 Lines:

    Man City +130

    Southampton +210

    Draw +250

    Man City Pk -145

    Southampton Pk +125

    Total 2.5:

    Over -110

    Under -110

    Analysis and Prediction:

Only 2 points separate these two at the top of the table, which is why this qualified as our featured match of the weekend.

In case you missed it, we did, indeed, hand out a play on Man City vs Bayern in Champions League this week, which worked out rather nicely.

Was anyone out there wondering where their goals went? Oh, we found them, they were in whoever’s net these two have played all year. With 48 goals between them, there has been fireworks all campaign with these two. Now we get them facing off on the same pitch. We have covered plenty how suspect the Man City back line has been all season, and Southampton will have plenty to offer on the offensive side of the ball.

I really like Southampton to get a result here as well.

If anyone can stop the other here, it would be Southampton. With only 6 goals allowed this season, I am surprised the line setters overlooked how good they are defensively.

2 Plays; Southampton Pk with the Draw no Bet scenario at +125, and the Over 2.5 at -110.

    Everton vs Tottenham

    3-Way: 1: Everton +215 Away ; X: +250 Draw ; 2: Tottenham +130 Home

Spread: Everton Pk +125 ; Tottenham Pk -145

    Total 2.5: Over -125 ; Under +105

    Analysis and Prediction:

As you look at the table, it seems harmless that Everton is in the middle of the pack and doesn’t get many mentions about how they got there. This club struggled a ton to get the campaign started, and at this point only have 3 losses in Premier and have looked great in Europa League as well.

Both of these clubs will have Europa League matcheson Thursday, so there will be a lot of football to be played from last weekend to next.

We will not have the knowledge of their resultson Thursday, but we can hope there were no significant injuries or circumstances that will affect this meeting. These two played 2 stone cold Unders in the home and home last year, with one goal scored between the two matches. That however, will not affect this match in the least, and I will take this Over 2.5 at a marginal -125, with this season being completely different from the last.
