MLS Soccer Betting at BetDSI: Seattle vs San Jose
Friday, June 19th, 2015By Ej Garr
MLS Odds: Seattle and San Jose meet for the second time this season, with the Seattle Sounders looking to rebound from a 3 - 2 defeat in Seattle onMarch 14. The Seattle Sounders come off an absolute nightmare match against Portland in the U.S Open Cup this pastTuesday. They not only lost Obafemi Martins to injury once again, but three of their players -- were sent off with red cards. Brad Evans picked up his second yellow in the 69th minute while Dempsey was given a yellow and then a red card in the 112th minute.
Micheal Azira was also sent off with a red card before Dempsey in the 112th minute and the two walked off the field together. As a result, the Sounders had to finish the outing with only seven players on the field.
Clint Dempsey once again showed why he has the most volatile attitude in the league. He not only showing up the referee, but the linesman also had to endure his ridiculousness. Dempsey knocked the referee's book out of his hands and proceeded to tear it in half. In addition, as he made his exit from Starfire Stadium where the Sounders had never lost in their team history, he clapped his hands in the face of the linesman.
It was not the first time that Clint Dempsey has done his little hand clap in the face of an official, and we will bet the house that it won't be the last. A possible suspension of up to three months could see Dempsey out of action in MLS and he could also be suspended from the United States National Team for the Gold Cup.
Not to be lost from the U.S Open Cup match, Obafemi Martins will likely be out for at least a month after being carted off the field, just before the end of regulation time against Portland.
San Jose enters the match extremely well rested, as they had a bye last weekend in their MLS schedule, and only played two starters in their U.S Open Cup match with Sacramentoon Wednesday. It took penalty kicks to earn the victory over the USL side, but the Quakes will be moving on to face the LA Galaxy in the 5th round of the Cup.

Quick Analysis & Prediction
Clint Dempsey should certainly be suspended for the three months that the federation is considering, and pulling that crap should never be accepted in any sport and at any level, much less the professional ranks.
The loss of Martins is also a huge concern for the Sounders, although Marco Pappa will make his return from international duty this weekend.
We are gladly recommending the Pk, Draw no Bet action on San Jose to at least come out of CenturyLink Field with some type of result. Not only because Seattle is currently in shambles, but the Quakes have never backed down from Seattle, and have had plenty of success in the history of this rivalry.
We are seeing +300 on the Pk action with the Quakes, and if there was ever a value line we have offered here at BetDSI, this is among the best prices we have ever suggested.
If you feel more comfortable with the +1 at -125 on the Quakes, then go ahead and play that instead, because this Seattle club is not winning this game at all in our opinion, and if they do, it will certainly not be by two goals, so we will let you decide what option suits your betting needs.
