MLS Soccer Betting at BetDSI Seattle vs Dallas
Friday, March 27th, 2015By Ej Garr
MLS Odds: The tables have turned, and Seattle is not in first place this time around when Dallas hosts the Sounderson Saturday at Toyota Stadium. These two met five times last year, with three regular season games and an epic home and home series in the playoffs that resulted in Seattle getting past Dallas with a lone road goal. Seattle won the regular season battle in 2014, winning two games to one, and the two played to two draws in the playoffs, with Seattle getting a 1 - 1 result in Dallas and a scoreless draw in Seattle on the back half of the series.
Seattle comes off a bye week after a 3 - 2 loss to San Jose at home two weeks ago, even though San Jose played nearly the entire second half a man down. The Sounders have had to sit with that taste in their mouths for two weeks and are, most likely, dying to put that result behind them.
Seattle will be without Marco Pappa, Clint Dempsey, Chad Marshall and Tyrone Mears, and are still without Osvaldo Alonso, who has yet to take the field this season after undergoing off-season groin surgery.
Lamar Neagle and Chad Barrett will most likely be called upon to provide a spark up front for the team this weekend, although Obafemi Martins will be on the field to provide his normal production.
Dallas is obviously the best team in the MLS through the first three weeks of the season, with a perfect 3 - 0 record out of the gate. Their match with Philadelphia was moved fromSaturdaytoSundayas a result of the snow storm that blew through the Philadelphia area over the weekend.
While Seattle will be without a few players, Dallas will also be without a few of their own key players this weekend. Blas Perez, Moises Hernandez and Atiba Harris, who have all started in the first three games for Dallas, will also be on international duty this weekend, leaving the Dallas back line shorthanded.

Quick Analysis & Prediction Quick Analysis:
Obviously, the losses of Blas Perez for Dallas, and Pappa and Dempsey for Seattle, will leave some big shoes to fill offensively.
Seattle having two weeks off might give them a bit of an advantage in their eyes, knowing that Dallas will only have 5 days to recover from theSundaygame in Philly, that was originally slated forSaturday.
It is tough to know how each team will be able to be without some key players that are accustomed to being on the field, and there is plenty of unknowns as the match draws closer.
Dallas has never started a season 4 - 0 in their history, and as we mentioned will have two of their starting four defense men not on the field.
We can expect that Seattle will look to press on the outside, since both Hernandez and Harris play right and left back respectively.
This might start out as a slow match, and it also may stay that way, making this draw opportunity looking pretty good at +250. We will imagine there will be plenty of sharps out there looking to make that type of play here, but this is one of those hunch plays, that might see Seattle rebounding from the San Jose loss, even without their main man up front in Dempsey.
This might be ugly, but we see a third goal finding it's way in to the net, so the Over 2.5 at -105 is the suggestion here, with make shift lineups for both teams.
