MLS Soccer Betting at BetDSI: San Jose vs Real Salt Lake
Friday, October 10th, 2014By Ej Garr
MLS Odds:Where do we start? Real Salt Lake comes off an absolute embarrassment vs Chivas last week in a 1 - 0 loss and San Jose hasn't won a match sinceAugust 2, 13 matches ago.
We know Chris Wondolowski most likely won't be in uniform for San Jose after playing inFriday'sUSMNT match. He also sat outon Wednesdayvs Portland. Outside of that, there is nothing else to even say about the Earthquakes club except that it’s in total disarray as the season comes to a close.
Salt Lake sits in the 3rd spot in the Western Conference race, and let a golden opportunity slip by last weekend, letting Chivas take all 3 points from them. Rebounding from that loss vs another team that is out of everything will be what they have to do.

Quick Analysis & Prediction
Real Salt Lake has been given a gift by the schedule makers to have the two worst teams in MLS on their schedule at a juncture that points are of the utmost importance. They blew it with Chivas, so how will they recover and take on a San Jose team that will be without their regulars who are on National Team duties.
Real SL has Portland on deck next week, and gets another crack at Chivas to finish out the schedule, so to see Chivas, San Jose and Chivas in three of their last 4 matches you would think would give them an advantage.
Well I certainly don't think San Jose will be able to muster up an ounce of offense, as evident just a few days ago in Portland. Real has got to see the Chivas match as a blip on the screen, get their Sh__ together and rebound as the playoffs draw near.
I will jump on the -1 on Real Salt Lake at home on the Handicap at closer to even money instead of getting juice all over me with the 1x2 line. We either get our money back if they win by 1, or cash a ticket with a bit of a beat down. Let the beat down commence!
