MLS Soccer Betting at BetDSI: Philadelphia vs Columbus
Friday, October 24th, 2014By Ej Garr
MLS Odds:Columbus has the advantage of being the first match onSunday'sslate, putting themselves in better position with an eye on the third spot in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. They could potentially draw to end the campaign with 50 points, but they would need Kansas City to lose at home vs New York. That match is also going to determine if Columbus ends in 3rd, 4th or even as low as the 5th spot.
Philadelphia is coming off a win over Kansas City last weekend which put a thorn in their plans for positioning in the post-season, so they will certainly like to spoil two the destiny of two playoff teams in the final 2 weekends of the regular season.
The Crew has one loss in their last 7 matches to put themselves in this conversation. They have taken all three meetings these two have had, including the Pro Soccer Classic back in February.

Quick Analysis & Prediction
Columbus needs to take advantage of Philadelphia's defense, as they have in all 3 meetings this year. One of which came just two weeks ago in a 3 – 2 Win that helped them with this late season push they have made.
Make it 4 straight wins vs the Union this year, because I simply do not think Columbus wants to sit back and not put some pressure on Kansas City in the later gameSunday. The Over being juiced surely makes sense to me, as I know why they would not give it away cheap. I see a 3 - 1 Columbus home win here, so I will take the -1 Handicap at Even money.
