MLS Soccer Betting at BetDSI New England vs Houston
Wednesday, October 15th, 2014By Ej Garr
MLS Odds: Now that Houston was eliminated with the loss to DC United this weekend,New England gets to take advantage of a club out of playoff contention who is simply playing out the schedule. It is also no surprise that New England struggled with Montreal their last time out, because Montreal is actually playing pretty well.
The Revs now look to maintain the two spot and keep the 3 clubs that are behind them exactly where they are. They have certainly struggled on the road this year, being outscored -10 (21- 31), and it is partly why they are in this position with three teams within a win of taking their spot.
They have, however, clinched a playoff spot so they will still be playing in the post-season.

Quick Analysis & Prediction
Now we can put to rest all the talk about Houston being in must-win situations as their season is essentially over, and New England still has only 1 loss in their last 10 despite the draw with Montreal last time out.
Houston still has the worst defense in the East and it will get no easier vs a hungry Revolution team that has found a result down the stretch in almost every match.
We will turn to the Handicap here, and we have a little juice to pay for it at -110 on the Pk, which is the draw no-bet option, so even if they do struggle a bit and over think what they are playing for and settle for a draw at worst, we will not get hurt by it. So, if they win, we win and if they draw, no harm done and we live to bet another day. Play New England Pk!
