    KC-vs-Chicago odds

MLS Odds:With 3 matches left in the regular season, 9 points available, and DC United only up by 6 points in the top position (52 & 46 points resp.), home field and first place in the East are still possibilities for Kansas City.

You would think some home cookin' would be nice to have, but Kansas City has not exactly used Sporting Park to their advantage this year, with only 5 wins in 15 home matches and a 3 game home losing streak to break. The Chicago Fire has won 1 of their last 10 matches, and cannot seem to do anything but draw this year -- 18 points from draws -- and you cannot go far in the standings taking 1 point at a time.

Although, yes, something is better than nothing, you need to string some wins together to catch someone.

    Quick Analysis & Prediction

    Quick Analysis:

Kansas City has got to learn how to use their stadium to their advantage, and it better start here because these are the most important 3 points of the season with second place in sight and the top spot in the East still in view.

If they are playing for home field advantage in the playoffs and let Chicago walk in and steal any points from them, the few teams behind KC could take over their 3rd place status and New York and Columbus would be right on their heels.

With that said, Chicago has been stealing points from everyone above them for weeks, so which team will finally put the Fire in their place, which happens to be barely out of last place?

I am going to go out on a limb here and say I expect some goals to be scored. The prices on the 1x2 and handicap are just too steep for me to bother with, and I am also not going to settle for the Over 2.5 with all that juice attached to it either.

Move the line to Over 2.5 & 3 (2.75) to get a more reasonable price of close to even money.
