    Espanyol-vs-Atletico-Madrid odds

Soccer Betting: Atletico Madrid hosts Espanyol at Vicente Colderon Stadium in another matchup of two top 10 teams. Atletico looks to remain undefeated at home and keep Espanyol winless on the road as well. Atletico is also looking to atone for its first loss of the year vs Valencia last time out.

Let’s get to the schedule with Game Odds @ BetDSI

Espanyol vs Atletico Madrid Betting @ BetDSI

    1x2 3-Way Lines:

    Espanyol +900 (10.00)

    Atl Madrid -290 (1.34)

    Draw +350 (4.50)

    Handicap/Spread:

    Espanyol +1.5 -120 (1.83)

    Atl Madrid -1.5 +100 (2.00)

    Total 2.5:

    Over -110

    Under -120

    Analysis and Prediction:

Espanyol is simply the worst away team in Spain, even if you look at clubs near the bottom of the table the last couple of years. Espanyol is always going to be a mid-level club in Spain because they do not have the ability to get any type of result away from Estadi Cornellà-El Prat.

The toughest part of predicting this is the fact that the handicap sits at -1.5. Listen, let me tell you all here and now. You will not see me laying ridiculous juice with high lines in any league I cover here, so you will never see me playing anything above -135, -140 at the most.

So finding a play here will have to go to the Over 2.5 at reasonable juice of -110. It could very well be 2 - 1 so I cannot hope Atletico wins by 2 or more with Champions League on deck for them.

    Valencia vs Deportivo La Coruna

    3-Way: 1 +340 Home X +260 Draw 2 -120 Away

    Spread: Valencia -0.5 -120 LaCoruna +0.5 +105

    Total 2.5: Over -115 ; Under -115

    Analysis and Prediction:

Did your eyes fall out of your head like mine did when you saw -120 on Valencia?

Valencia has taken advantage of not playing in any major European competition and is taking it out on everyone in Spain. With a 17/4 GF/GA and two weeks off to prepare for the last place club in La Liga with 19 GA, how would La Coruna plan on making it any tougher for them?

GOOD LUCK!! Two plays: Valencia 3-Way -120 and the Over 2.5 -115.

    Sevilla vs Elche

    3-Way: 1 +100 Away ; X +230 Draw 2 +280 Home

    Spread: Sevilla - 0.5 +105 Elche + 0.5 -115

    Total 2.5: Over +140 Under -120

    Analysis and Prediction:

Sevilla is too hot to be able to be cooled off by Elche, who has never beaten Sevilla in their short history (4 matches). Sevilla remains at the top of the table with 3 points secured.

Even money is a gift as far as I am concerned, even if it is an away match. Sevilla has not been scared to play anyone away from home. Play Sevilla on the 3-Way line at even or minimal juice if the lines move by match time.

    Almeria vs Villareal

    3-Way: 1 +750 Away X +375 Draw 2 -260 Away

    Spread: Almeria +1.5 -125 Villareal -1.5 +110

    Total 2.5: Over -135 Under +105

    Analysis and Prediction:

Villareal has a midweek fixture in Europa League with Zurich, and even though most clubs don't look at Europa as the biggest deal in the world, they are still on top of Group A with 2 matches played. So, at least they will be paying a bit of attention to saving some effort, having 3 matches in a week between La Liga and Europa.

I actually like Almeria to cover that +1.5. Almeria has not struggled away from home and they should be able to keep this match within a goal to help us get paid. Play Almeria +1.5 with minimal juice of around -125.

    Getafe vs Real Sociedad

    3-Way: 1 +500 Away X +290 Draw 2 -175 Home

    Spread: Getafe +1 -105 Real Sociedad -1 -110

    Total 2.5: Over -115 Under -115

    Analysis and Prediction:

Neither club has come out and said they are going to be a force to be reckoned with, both giving up 11 goals in the early campaign.

Sociedad is the one scoring however, as they have found 8 goals to Getafe's 4 GF, and this could easily be a low-scoring draw type match. Real at home has also found the net in 14 of their last 15 home matches including friendlies and Euro competitions. This match has ‘boring’ written all over it. I will go with the Under 2.5 with minimal juice of -115 or so.
