Soccer Betting: As each La Liga club prepares for a third round of matches over two weekends, there is minimal preparation time for the sixth round of the campaign. With the biggest surprise of the mid-week matches coming at Balaidoson Wednesday, Celta De Vigo looks to improve on their monster win over defending champion Barcelona as they head to Ipurua to face Eibar.

With the fifth round wrapping upon Thursday, Valencia and Granada will get this sixth round startedon Friday, as both clubs look to atone for mid-week losses. Our featured match of the weekend comes at El Madrigalon Saturday, where Villarreal plays host to Atletico Madrid in a matchup of two teams at the top of the table.

Bet on La Liga at BetDSI

Villarreal is one of three clubs standing without a loss in the early campaign, joining Real Madrid and Celta De Vigo with 13 points after five rounds of La Liga action.

FourSundaymatches wrap up the round, so let's get to the pitch and see what's in store around Primera League this weekend.

    Friday September 25- 1 Match

    Valencia vs Granada

    3-Way: 1: Valencia -200 Home ; X: +333 Draw ; 2: Granada +600 Away

    Spread: Valencia -1 -110 ; Granada +1 -110

    Total 2.5: Over -115 ; Under -105

    Analysis and Prediction:

Valencia and Granada each enter the weekend after mid-week losses, as Valencia couldn't score a goal in their 1 - 0 loss to Espanyol, while the same can be said for Granada, who lost 3 - 0 to Sociedad at home.

In fact, both of those were calls we made here at BetDSI if you follow our previews, with Espanyol Pk at +130 along with the Sociedad Pk listed at +120 among our offers in the mid-week round.

Valencia picked up their first loss of the campaign to Espanyol, and now sit with only six points, including a win and three draws to their credit. Scoring has been a major issue for Els Taronges, as they have two goals through five outings, although on the flip side they have only allowed two goals as well.

We expect Granada to struggle again as they did a year ago, barely surviving relegation in the 2014-15 campaign, and they have done exactly that so far with one win and four defeats, while allowing a league high 11 goals.

We are going to offer this Under 2.5, however, because we predict that Valencia will come away with a 1 - 0 win when the final whistle blows. The -105 on the action is certainly in our comfort zone as well.

    Villarreal +190

    Atletico +170

    Villarreal Pk -105

    Atletico Pk -115

    Total 2:

    Under -110

Bet on La Liga at BetDSI

    Analysis and Prediction:

Well, once again Atletico did exactly what we thought they would do in their mid-week match with Getafe, and that was, of course, coming away with a 2 - 0 win as they seem to do week in and week out under Diego Simeone.

Villarreal also did what we expected them to do in their mid-week match with Malaga, earning a 1 - 0 road victory with our Pk at -115 nicely coming to fruition, so now what can we expect with these two on the same pitch this weekend?

The line setters are showing signs of confusion here, basically giving away either club on the 3-Way line at +170 and +190, and that is because both clubs took away victories in last campaign with exact 1 - 0 scores, while the two have hit five straight Unders when playing each other.

Villarreal may have had some decent success scoring so far with 11 goals to their credit, but none of those goals came against the likes of Atletico defense.

This is a 0 - 0 match as far as we see it, so we will let you decide on the Under 2 at -110 or the Draw at +210, because we see no one having any success finding the net in our featured match of the weekend in La Liga.

    Barcelona vs Las Palmas

    3-Way: 1: Barca -1250 Home ; X: Draw ; 2: Palmas +2500 Away

    Spread: Barca -2.5 -115 ; Palmas +2.5 -105

    Total 3.5: Over -135 ; Under +115

    Analysis and Prediction:

It is only fitting that after we came out and said Barcelona is unquestionably the best club on the planet that they would get their ass handed to them by Celta De Vigoon Wednesday, but luckily we offered the total which easily came our way in the 4 - 1 upset by Vigo at home.

Now, Las Palmas has to try to endure the first loss by the Spanish powerhouse, who may have been distracted by all the Gerard Pique news this past week after serving his four-match ban to start the campaign, which also included his comments about Real Madrid. There was a good bit of back and forth between Pique and Sergio Ramos about the rivalry that is Real Madrid and Barcelona, but in all honesty, who the hell cares? Shut up and play football because you two better hate each other, right?

Las Palmas shut down Sevillaon Wednesdaywith a 2 - 0 home win, finally getting that first win out of the way in La Liga.

Despite the -135 offer on the Over 3.5, it is the direction we will have to take expecting Barcelona to stampede over the newcomers to the league.

    Real Madrid vs Malaga

    3-Way: 1: Madrid -830 Home ; X: +750 Draw ; 2: Malaga +1800 Away

    Spread: Madrid -2.5 +105 ; Malaga +2.5 -125

    Total 3.5: Over -110 ; Under -110

Bet on La Liga at BetDSI

    Analysis and Prediction:

Malaga has no idea what they are doing in La Liga, and when you open the campaign without a single goal scored through five outings, we don't need to be the ones to tell you that they are struggling big time.

Let's just move on here and suggest the Under 3.5 at -110, because Malaga is not getting that first goal at Santiago Bernabéu, and Madrid has no need ot go out and destroy this club with matchday two of Champions League on deck for Madrid this week.

    Sevilla vs Vallecano

    3-Way: 1: Sevilla -200 Home ; X: +340 Draw ; 2: Vallecano +550 Away

    Spread: Sevilla -1 -120 ; Vallecano +1 +100

    Total 3: Over -110 ; Under -110

    Analysis and Prediction:

Sevilla may have taken the last five meetings in the series between the two clubs, but there is nothing about Sevilla this year that has anyone thinking that the Red and Whites can beat anyone by two goals the way they are playing.

We were more than surprised to see this +1 offer at even money, since Vallecano is at least riding a two-match win streak, while Sevilla is at the bottom of the table without a win thus far.

The +1 handicap on Vallecano goes on our sheet this weekend, until Sevilla proves they can return to the form that earned them a Europa League title last campaign.

    Eibar vs Celta De Vigo

    3-Way: 1: Eibar +275 Home ; X: +235 Draw ; 2: Vigo +110 Away

    Spread: Eibar +0.5 -130 ; Vigo -0.5 +110

    Total 2.5: Over +120 ; Under -140

    Analysis and Prediction:

Well, where do you go from here? Celta De Vigo obviously had reason to celebrateon Wednesdayafter a huge win over Barca, although keep in mind that they did walk into Camp Nou and beat Barcelona there last year and played the defending champions tough in both affairs in last year's campaign.

Eibar has already returned to that same inconsistent club they were last year, and after getting off to a 2 - 0 - 0 start, they have two draws and a loss to show for their last three outings.

Everyone knows that when you win a big match in your previous outing, the likelihood that you can get your adrenaline up to that level against a weak club like Eibar will be a concern.

We are not that concerned that Vigo can't stay up for Eibar, so the +110 offer on the 3-Way line with Celta De Vigo is our play here.

    September 27- 4 Matches

    Gijon vs Betis

    3-Way: 1: Gijon +130 Home ; X: +235 Draw ; 2: Betis +235 Away

Spread: Gijon Pk -155 ; Betis Pk +135

    Total 2: Over -140 ; Under +120

Bet on La Liga at BetDSI

    Analysis and Prediction:

With Espinosa getting two yellow cards in three minutes in their mid-week match with Vallecano, Gijon had to play nearly an hour of the match a man down, and still managed to keep the score tight despite giving up a penalty kick and going down 2 - 0 early in the second half. Jonathan scored for Gijon while playing 10 v 11, and they almost managed a draw despite the odds being extremely against them down 2 - 0 and a man.

Betis managed a scoreless draw against Valencia last weekend, while also playing the entire second half a man down, after Ceballos was sent off just three minutes in to the second stanza.

We will not have the benefit of knowing the result of the Betis vs Deportivo match before submitting this article, but we will still offer a play on this total.

We are suggesting that you move this total to the Over 2 and 2.5 handicap, to get a much more reasonable +100 on the action. That will still at least save you half your money if the match ends 1 - 1, and put you in a position to cash the ticket outright when that third goal hits the net.

    Dep La Coruna vs Espanyol

    3-Way: 1: Deportivo +110 Home ; X: +235 Draw ; 2: Espanyol +265 Away

    Spread: Deportivo -0.5 +110 ; Espanyol +0.5 -130

    Total 2.5: Over +115 ; Under -135

    Analysis and Prediction:

These two clubs played to a 0 - 0 score in both of their meetings last campaign, and we like the way Espanyol is playing right now, so the +0.5 line on Espanyol is going to make our board here at Riazor.

Deportivo will playing Betison Thursdayat Bentio Villamairn, and we will have this article in before that match takes place, but we still see the value in Espanyol to come away with some type of result, even if the -130 line takes it close to our cut-off point as far as juice goes.

    Getafe vs Levante

    3-Way: 1: Getafe -105 Home ; X: +225 Draw ; 2: Levante +325 Away

    Spread: Getafe -0.5 -105 ; Levante +0.5 -115

    Total 2: Over -110 ; Under -110

Bet on La Liga at BetDSI

    Analysis and Prediction:

Not a match worth investing in if you like keeping your hard-earned money, because neither club has shown us much to speak of thus far in the early going of the campaign.

The -105 on Getafe to win outright is a bit scary because we don't have any faith in them even if they are home, and Levante on the road is not much easier of a proposition.

We see more value in the -115 on the +0.5 handicap offer with Levante, but we suggest you make it a bare bones minimum bet if you actually need to bet this match.

    Real Sociedad vs Athetic Bilbao

    3-Way: 1: Sociedad +150 Home ; X: +225 Draw ; 2: Bilbao +195 Away

Spread: Sociedad Pk -120 ; Bilbao Pk +100

    Total 2.5: Over +115 ; Under -135

    Analysis and Prediction:

These two have played to three straight 1 - 1 results against each other, and we had a much higher expectation for Bilbao this year after they gave Barcelona all they could handle when they knocked them out of the Super Cup, but they have since done nothing impressive to say the least.

Sociedad did, indeed, help us look good in their mid-week match with Granada, coming away with a convincing 3 - 0 win, although it is about the only bright spot in the young La Liga campaign.

We are going to see if Sociedad carries over any momentum from their mid-week win, and suggest this Pk at -120 on the home side here at Anoeta.
