Soccer Betting: Along with Italian Serie A and Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga squeezes in a mid-week round of matches spread out over two days, with the match between Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg at Allianz Arena highlighting the round. All 18 clubs in the league will play two rounds over the next six days, leaving short notice to prepare for next weekend’s round of matches on deck around the German pitch.

Through the first five rounds of results, two clubs remain perfect, and two clubs have gotten off to a miserable start without even a point to show for their early efforts. Bayern and Dortmund continue to impress, taking in all 15 points available through their first five outings, while Stuttgart and Gladbach start to enter panic mode early in the new campaign.

With four matches featuredon Tuesdayand a handful more taking placeon Wednesday, some interesting matches are set to take place outside of our featured match.

Newcomers Ingolstadt and Darmstadt have only one loss a piece and will have home games to build on their mild success so far, while Dortmund looks to start their campaign 6 - 0 against lowly Hoffenheim, who have yet to win a match this season as of yet.

Let's run the schedule down and throw some predictions out there for the mid-week round in Bundesliga.

    Tuesday September 22- 4 Matches

Featured Match Bayern Munich vs Wolfsburg

    3-Way 1x2 Lines:

    Bayern +375

    Wolfsburg +1150

    Draw +485

    Bayern -1.5 -125

    Wolfsburg +1.5 +105

    Total 3:

    Over -105

    Under -115

    Analysis and Prediction:

A big early match of the campaign features two clubs in the top three of the table, as Bayern looks to remain perfect to keep pace with Dortmund, as Wolfsburg puts their undefeated streak on the line as well.

Munich is still dealing with a long injury report of names that we have grown accustomed to seeing on the pitch for the defending champions, but it hasn't slowed them down much as they have outscored their five opponents thus far 15 - 2.

Wolfsburg and Bayern are both carrying over wins from their Champions League group stage outings this past week, while also taking victories over the weekend in league play.

Wolfsburg got by CSKA Moscow with a 1 - 0 result to open matchday one of six in group stage, while Bayern came away with a 3 - 0 win in Greece over Olympiakos to get their European campaign underway.

Wolfsburg has tasted recent success over Bayern, taking their home leg of last year's campaign, while also winning their German Super Cup outing against Bayern back onAugust 1.

Wolfsburg has no reason to fear a depleted Bayern, and this +1.5 handicap offer on the Wolf at an extremely user-friendly +105 is hard to not recognize as a nice play to offer, so that is where we will go to suggest an offer to our loyal readers here at BetDSI.

    Darmstadt vs Werder Bremen

    3-Way: 1: Darmstadt +155 Home ; X: +245 Draw ; 2: Bremen +180 Away

Spread: Darmstadt Pk -115 ; Bremen Pk -105

    Total 2.5: Over +100 ; Under -120

    Analysis and Prediction:

Darmstadt is coming off their first loss in top flight German football last weekend, after drawing their first three outings and previously finding an away win at Leverkusen. Losing 3 - 0 to Bayern Munich is not that humiliating of a result, and the match was indeed only 1 - 0 through the first hour of the match.

Juventus’ loanee Kingsley Coman and midfielder Sebastian Rode scored just a minute apart as the hour mark passed to secure the 3 - 0 over the newly promoted Darmstadt club.

Werder Bremen has two wins and a draw wrapped around an opening day loss to Schalke, and a loss last weekend to Ingolstadt at home.

As far as the stats for the Ingolstadt match goes, there was no advantage for either side in the least, as you can't really find a more equal performance on paper than the two had this weekend, but of course, the scoreboard tells the final story, and a 1 - 0 loss was the final outcome for Bremen.

We expect a low-scoring draw type of match to come here, so the Under 2.5 goes on our board for the match at Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor.

    Hertha Berlin vs Koln

    3-Way: 1: Berlin +135 Home ; X: +235 Draw ; 2: Koln +225 Away

Spread: Berlin Pk -145 ; Koln Pk +125

    Total 2.5: Over +100 ; Under -120

    Analysis and Prediction:

Koln may be one of the more nicer surprises in Bundesliga in the early stages of the new campaign, only losing once in five outings, albeit a 6 - 2 thrashing at the hands of Frankfurt a couple of weekends ago.

Koln did atone for the loss and put it behind them quickly, as they took out Gladbach 1 - 0 on the strength of a Modeste goal in the 64th minute, keeping Gladbach without a point through five outings this season.

Berlin lost 2 - 0 to Wolfsburg this past weekend, but they held the Wolf down for the first 75 minutes of the outing. It was the last 15 minutes where the wheels fell off, as Wolfsburg's Bas Dost scored in the 76th minute and also converted a late penalty to seal the deal.

This has the feel of a 2 - 1 score coming to the board, so we are going to hope that helps us cash this Over 2.5 ticket at +100.

    Ingsolstadt vs Hamburger

    3-Way: 1: Ingolstadt +125 Home ; X: +235 Draw ; 2: Hamburg +235 Away

Spread: Ingolstadt Pk -160 ; Hamburg Pk +145

    Total 2.5: Over +125 ; Under -145

Bet on the Bundesliga at BetDSI

    Analysis and Prediction:

Ingolstadt has played three 1 - 0 games, and also had a scoreless draw with Wolfsburg of their five outings in league play, and have certainly relied on their defense and the reliable goalkeeping from Austria's Ramazan Özcan.

Hamburg is already showing signs of inconsistency in their results with a loss, win, loss, win and draw to show for their five league matches thus far.

A scoreless draw with Frankfurt last weekend came as a bit of surprise, seeing that Frankfurt entered last weekend’s match scoring 10 goals in their previous two outings.

Ingolstadt has the defense and we trust Ramazan Özcan to continue to play well, so the +125 on the 3-Way 1x2 line with the home side makes our offer sheet this weekend at Audi-Sportpark.

    Wednesday September 23- 5 Matches

    Bayer Leverkusen vs Mainz

    3-Way: 1: Leverkusen -180 Home ; X: +335 Draw ; 2: Mainz +485 Away

    Spread: Leverkusen -1 -110 ; Mainz +1 -110

    Total 2.5: Over -145 ; Under +125

    Analysis and Prediction:

Leverkusen is riding a three-match losing streak, but still enters their mid-week battle against Mainz as a -180 favorite. Is that a joke, or are the line setters testing us here, because Mainz has won three of their last four affairs, and has been scoring plenty along the way.

There is no way we are leaving this +1 at -110 on Mainz sitting their without some company, so we will trust that Mainz does not lose this match by two goals, and at least hope they can draw or even lose by a goal to push our action.

    Moenchengladbach vs Augsburg

    3-Way: 1: Gladbach +115 Home ; X: +245 Draw ; 2: Augsburg +245 Away

Spread: Gladbach Pk -170 ; Augsburg Pk +145

    Total 2.5: Over +105 ; Under -125

    Analysis and Prediction:

Gladbach is lacking the 'glad' side of their campaign so far, and if any more of this losing streak stretches out further than six games, they could be facing a season-long uphill battle if they have any expectations of European competition next year.

Augsburg is not really doing all that much better, although they did finally earn their first win of the campaign last weekend with a 2 - 0 home win over Hannover.

Watching Gladbach on offense is like pulling teeth right now, and until they show us they can snap out of it, this Under 2.5 at -125 goes in as our recommendation for this match at Stadion im Borussia-Park.

    Hannover vs Stuttgart

    3-Way: 1: Hannover +185 Home ; X: +255 Draw ; 2: Stuttgart +145 Away

Spread: Hannover Pk +115 ; Stuttgart Pk -135

    Total 2.5: Over -145 ; Under +125

    Analysis and Prediction:

Hannover and Stuttgart on the same pitch?

We do know this total is set at -145 to go Over the 2.5 right? Because there will be five goals and one of these two will come away with a 3 - 2 win, so the hell with the -145. Move the total to a straight 3 to go Over, and set yourself up with a +110 play instead.

    Hoffenheim vs Borussia Dortmund

    3-Way: 1: Hoffenheim +585 Home ; X: +350 Draw ; 2: Dortmund -185 Away

    Spread: Hoffenheim +1 +115 ; Dortmund -1 -135

    Total 3: Over -135 ; Under +115

Bet on the Bundesliga at BetDSI

    Analysis and Prediction:

Dortmund is playing lights out football this year, and it has carried over to every competition they appear in this year.

Let's start with the friendly portion of the season which is technically the pre-season, if you will. Dating back toJuly 3, Dortmund has played 19 matches including friendlies, German Cups, Europa League and Bundesliga action. One loss! And that came in a 2 - 1 defeat to VfL Bochum on the road in a club friendly onJuly 17to the second tier club from 2.Bundesliga.

Other than that, this Dortmund club has been unstoppable this year, and we don't expect Hoffenheim to the be the club that slows them down, so the -1 handicap on Dortmund is the only realistic play to make here despite the -135 juice on the action.

    Schalke vs Frankfurt

    3-Way: 1: Schalke -120 Home ; X: +300 Draw ; 2: Frankfurt +315 Away

    Spread: Schalke -0.5 -120 ; Frankfurt +0.5 +100

    Total 3: Over -115 ; Under -105

    Analysis and Prediction:

Schalke and Frankfurt has each shown signs of being able to pour in goals when things are going right and, despite the 0 - 0 outing for Frankfurt last weekend with Hamburg, there should be no carry over effect from that whatsoever.

The over 2.5 at -115 is making our final play of the mid-week round, expecting a 2 - 2 type of draw match to take place at Veltins-Arena.

The line setters expect Schalke to come away with the win, but we see this as a high-scoring draw, so there is also some room for a play on the Frankfurt +0.5 at even money, so consider that play as you go about looking over your board as well.
