NASCAR Betting Odds: Sam Hornish Jr. is the top choice to win the Nationwide Children’s Hospital 200 on ESPN on Saturday. It is the second straight week that the drivers will be racing on a road course. Because the race takes place in Ohio and the Sprint Cup drivers are in Michigan there will not be any marquee Sprint Cup drivers doing double duty. That should give the Nationwide regulars a chance this week to pick up a win. Because it is a road course, drivers like Sam Hornish Jr. and Alex Tagliani should have the edge on Saturday. Here is a look at Saturday’s race and NASCAR predictions.
