Sebastian Vettel is expected to clinch the F1 championship on Sunday in the Japanese Grand Prix. Vettel only needs one point to wrap things up so it is pretty much a formality. He may just decide to do it in style and win again which would not be a surprise considering he is the heavy favorite in Japanese Grand Prix odds at BetDSI Sportsbook.
Sebastian Vettel -160
There are five races remaining in the Formula One season and Vettel needs just a single point to clinch the title. He has won three straight races and nine overall this season in 14 starts. He has dominated F1 racing this season like no one else has in a long time. Vettel has won this race the past two years and there is no real reason to go against him. Alonso won it in 2006 and in 2008 while Hamilton took the checkered flag in 2007.
Everyone Else
It is pretty much Vettel and then everyone else in Japanese Grand Prix odds. Lewis Hamilton is 5.5-1 with Fernando Alonso at 6-1. Jenson Button is 6.5-1 while Mark Webber is 7-1. Everyone else is in the field with the price at 20-1.
Fastest Lap Odds
Vettel is the +250 favorite to have the fastest lap on Sunday. He is followed at +350 by Mark Webber and Lewis Hamilton. Jenson Button is 5-1 while Fernando Alonso is 6-1 and Felipe Massa is 12-1. All of the other drivers are part of the field at 10-1.
Odds to Win the Pole
Vettel is -215 to win the pole this week while Lewis Hamilton and Mark Webber are the co-second choices at 6-1. Jenson Button is 10-1 while the rest of the drivers are part of the field at 15-1.
If you are looking for other options in F1 betting then you might look at drivers to finish in the top three. The rest of the Formula One season is going to be about who gets second place in the standings. It will be a battle between Button, Alonso, Webber, and Hamilton and each could have some value in terms of a top three finish on Sunday.
