UFC on Fox-2 MMA Betting - Preliminary Card Picks

    UFC on Fox 2 Betting

There are 10 fights set for UFC on Fox-2 down from the 11 that were originally scheduled. Three fights will be on the main card, shown live on Fox with seven on the preliminary card, six of which will be shown on Fuel TV with one streaming live on Facebook. Let’s look at the seven preliminary fights, the MMA betting odds and our picks.

    Preliminary Card (Fuel TV)

Evan Dunham -345 vs. Nick Lentz

This is a ridiculous price on Dunham. Lentz looked bad last time out but he is the better wrestler in this bout and he can take down Dunham and get the win. We’ll take a shot at the big price and go with Lentz.

Mike Russow -165 vs. John-Olav Einemo

Russow hasn’t fought in almost a year and he could be in trouble in this fight against Einemo who is a good wrestler. We’ll go with the underdog again and take Einemo.

Cub Swanson -165 vs. George Roop

This should be a striking battle and again, we are going to take the price at the sportsbook and go with Roop.

Charles Oliveira -500 vs. Eric Wisely

There is only one way to go here and that is with Oliveira. He should win with ease but we never like to lay this type of price with anyone so we’ll pass.

Shane Roller -215 vs. Michael Johnson

The betting odds on this should really be more like a pick. We don’t have a strong opinion here but getting almost 2-1 we have to take a shot with Johnson.

Joey Beltran -215 vs. Lavar Johnson

This will be the sixth fight for Beltran in the UFC as he is 3-2 while it will be the first for Johnson in the UFC. This is going to be a slugfest and Beltran looks to have the chin to take the shots while Johnson may not. We’ll go with Beltran to get the win.

Chris Camozzi -200 vs. Dustin Jacoby (Facebook)

Chris Camozzi looks to be the best choice here as he should be able to get the submission win.

The one bout on the preliminary card that was cancelled was the one between Mitch Gagnon and Johnny Bedford. The three bouts on the main card have Rashad Evans battling Phil Davis, Chael Sonnen against Michael Bisping and Demian Maia vs. Chris Weidman.
