UFC Betting - UFC on Fuel TV-1 Main Card Predictions

    UFC Betting

There is no need to wait for the weekend for UFC betting action as UFC on Fuel TV-1 includes five fights on the main card including Diego Sanchez going up against Jake Ellenberger. Let’s preview the fight bouts and make our predictions.

UFC on Fuel TV-1 has a total of 10 fights, five which will stream on facebook and the five main events on Fuel TV. This card will take place on Wednesday from the Omaha Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska.

Jake Ellenberger -325 vs. Diego Sanchez

The main event has Ellenberger as a big favorite and it is easy to see why. He is in line for a title shot and although Sanchez has some talent he shouldn’t have enough to cause Ellenberger too many problems. The one edge that Sanchez has is endurance so if this fight goes the distance it could be a problem for Ellenberger. We don’t see that happening though as Ellenberger has won his last five fights, four by knockout. Ellenberger is simply the better fighter in this matchup and he is fighting in front of his hometown crowd. Look for him to get the win.

Dave Herman -155 vs. Stefan Struve

This looks to be a bad matchup for Struve as he tries to stand and trade shots to get victories. That is a mistake against Herman who has more power. We’ll look for Herman to get the win, probably by knockout.

Aaron Simpson -115 vs. Ronny Markes

This is a matchup between Simpson who is 10-2 against Markes who is 12-1 in his career. Markes may have the overall edge and we’ll take him to get a close decision.

Stipe Miocic -365 vs. Phillip De Fries

Unbeaten heavyweights do battle with Miocic heavily favored in UFC betting at BetDSI Sportsbook. This fight could easily end in the first round and although the edge is with Miocic, the price is too high for us.

TJ Dillashaw -285 vs. Walel Watson

This is a sharp contrast as Dillashaw will want to get this fight to the mat while Watson will try and keep it standings. This is a high price but Dillashaw should be able to get the victory and it may come by submission. Don’t forget to check out the BetDSI Channel for more MMA betting news.
