    The Grey Cup will be on the line this Sunday as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers visit the British Columbia Lions. The Lions are favored by a touchdown in Grey Cup betting at Diamond Sportsbook.

    The Lions are favored by a touchdown in this game in Grey Cup betting which is somewhat surprising considering how evenly matched these teams are. B.C. does have the home field advantage but it still seems they are overpriced. It should be a defensive battle as B.C. led the league in fewest points allowed while Winnipeg was third-best. The Lions are obviously the hotter team as they have lost just once since starting the season 1-6 while Winnipeg is 3-7 since starting the season red-hot. The Blue Bombers did win both of the regular season meetings between the two teams. It is also worth noting that B.C. has been talking a lot of trash leading up to this game. Some of the B.C. players have really ripped the Winnipeg defense. Winnipeg could be out to prove a point on Saturday. “They can say whatever they want,” said Winnipeg cornerback Jovon Johnson. “We’ll go out there on Sunday, play this game and we’ll see who has the better defense at the end of the game. Simple as that.”
