CFL Predictions - Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Saskatchewan Roughriders

  The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will look to keep the Saskatchewan Roughriders down and out as they play on Sunday. The Blue Bombers lead the league at 7-1 while the Roughriders have the worst record in the league at 1-7. The CFL odds on this game are only 3-points so gamblers making CFL predictions are giving the Roughriders a chance in this game.

  When you look at the CFL betting line you do have to shake your head a little bit as Winnipeg is 7-1 and unbeaten on the road while Saskatchewan is 1-7 and 0-4 at home. The oddsmakers believe that the coaching change will help Saskatchewan and they still don’t totally believe in the Blue Bombers.

  New Saskatchewan Coach

  The Roughriders have been so bad this season that they actually had to make a mid-season coaching change. Head coach Greg Marshall and offensive coordinator Doug Berry were fired and Ken Miller has taken over. Whether or not Miller can change the fortunes of the Roughriders is up for debate but it can’t be much worse than it has been for Saskatchewan. It would help the Roughriders if they can get tailback Wes Cates back into the lineup. He has missed four games this season with an ankle injury. He may return on Sunday and that would be a big boost for the Roughriders.
