Week 14 Canadian Football League odds are available at Diamond Sportsbook for the two games on Friday and the two games on Saturday. Here is a look at each of the four matchups.

    Friday, September 30th

Montreal at Winnipeg – No Line Yet

The Blue Bombers lead the Alouettes by one game in the East but there is no reason to like Winnipeg in this game. The Blue Bombers lost five players last week to injury, some of which are gone for the season. Last year’s CFL leading rusher Fred Reid is out for the season and his backup Carl Volny is also done for the year. Both quarterbacks, Buck Pierce and Alex Brink were injured last week along with defensive tackle Doug Brown. Both quarterbacks could be ready this week but Brown is probably out. Montreal quarterback Anthony Calvillo was injured last week but he is fine and is expected to start.

Edmonton at British Columbia – Lions -5.5, total 48.5

The red-hot Lions are favored on Friday night and there is a lot to like about B.C. right now. After starting the season 0-5, B.C. has won six of their last seven including five straight. It is very possible that B.C. could go from the worst team in the league at 0-5 to a division champion. They are just one game behind Edmonton and Calgary in the West. Edmonton has had some success in BC as they are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings.

    Saturday, October 1st

Saskatchewan at Calgary – Stampeders -5.5, total 55

There is not much to like about the Roughriders as they are probably not going to make the playoffs. They disgraced themselves last week in a loss to B.C. and it may not get any better this week against Calgary. Saskatchewan hasn’t won a game in the division all season. The only concern if you like Calgary is that they are just 2-5 against the CFL odds in their last seven home games.

    Hamilton at Toronto – Tiger-Cats -3.5, total 54

This is a huge game for Hamilton but can they be trusted laying points on the road in Canadian Football League odds? And keep in mind that Hamilton is 10-21-1 ATS in the last 32 meetings against Toronto.
