NBA Betting - Oklahoma City Thunder

The late game on TNT on Thursday night features two of the league’s marquee teams as the Los Angeles Lakers visit the Oklahoma City Thunder. NBA odds at BetDSI Sportsbook have the Thunder favored at home.

    Live NBA Betting

This matchup on TNT will include live in-game betting at our sportsbook. Be sure to check out the schedule of live betting available each day to add to your wagering excitement.

Lakers Not Covering on the Road

If you want to bet on the Lakers then you really should do it when they are at home. The Lakers have been terrible against the NBA odds in road games this season. Normally the Lakers have a little bit of value against the odds in road games but so far that has not been the case this season. The Lakers are always overvalued because they are a marquee team and this season Los Angeles is not scoring a ton of points so that means they are not covering the spread.

    Thunder Continue to Roll

It is easy to make a case for Oklahoma City on Thursday night. They are one of the top teams in the league and they score a lot of points. With Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, the Thunder have two of the top scorers in the league.

    Series Notes

The Lakers have won six of the last ten in the series against the Thunder with three of the last four games going under the total. Somewhat surprisingly, the Lakers have won seven of the last ten at Oklahoma City. The last two meetings have gone under the total.

    NBA Picks

We are going to buck the trends here and take Oklahoma City minus the points at home. This is a showcase game for Oklahoma City at home and unless the oddsmakers get carried away and make this number more than four or five we’ll lay the points with OKC. This could also be a lower scoring game than people expect so we’ll also take the game under the total.
