Wisconsin Still in the Mix
In the next couple of weeks the fate of Wisconsin in the Big Ten will be determined with the biggest test on Thursday night against Michigan State.
“If the juices aren’t flowing for what we’ve got coming, you need help,” head coach Bo Ryan said, “We’ve got quite a stretch coming up here.” The Badgers toughest tests are the road games against the Spartans and against Ohio State next weekend. “The only thing that’s important is the next one,” said Ryan.
Spartans Looking Like Title Contenders
Any team that goes into Ohio State and gets a win is a team to look at in March Madness futures. Michigan State is now ranked in the Top 10 and coach Tom Izzo’s team has the look of a team that can make the Final Four. The first focus for the Spartans though is a Big Ten championship. "We're giving ourselves a chance," Izzo said. "But when you have six games left, I'm sure there are some people that see us winning a lot of them and some that see us losing a lot of them. All I care about is what my team sees, and they see an opportunity."

Wisconsin has won six of the last ten in this series and surprisingly, the last three games have all gone over the total. This has been a home team series as Michigan State has won eight of the last ten at home against the Badgers. Four of the last five have gone under at East Lansing.

This is a tough one to call as the oddsmakers are making you pay a price to take Michigan State. We’ll go with the Badgers to keep this close and stay within the pointspread.
